RESEP BREAD PUDDING
Haloo... Hari ini aku mau share resep Bread Pudding andalankuu... Kenapa? Karna makanan satu ini praktis banghett dan gampang banghett buatnya yah. Tinggal kumpulin bahan2 yang ada dirumah, aduk semuanya tinggal masuk oven yes! 😃 Btw, resep ini simpel dan bikinya gak pake lama lhoo... Langsyung ajha resepnya yukk kakakk...
- 120 gr roti tawar / sekitar 7 lembar (potong dadu yak)
- 240 ml susu cair full cream
- 2 butir telur
- 1/2 sdt vanila extract
- 50 gr gula aren / brown sugar
- 50 gr gula pasir
- 1 sdt kayu manis bubuk
- 75 gr coklat blok (potong dadu)
- 75 gr kismis (optional)
- 1/4 sdt garam
Cara Membuat :
- Campur susu cair, telur, vanila extract, gula, kayu manis bubuk, dan garam. Aduk sampai tercampur rata.
- Masukkan roti tawar yang sudah dipotong2 ke adonan no. 1, tambahkan coklat blok dan kismis. Aduk sampai tercampur rata.
- Taruh adonan di loyang bulat diameter 15 cm dan panggang selama 30-45 menit dengan api sedang (jangan lupa loyangnya dilapisi alumunium foil yak, kalo enggak pake mangkok keramik/remekin jg nggak pa2).
Wwaaalaaa... Simpel dan super gampang bukan. Mayan bisa menyelamatkan perut yang lagi keronchongan yes! Selamat mencoba kakkakk ! 😊😉
BREAD PUDDING RECIPE
Hheeloo...😊 Today I want to show you how to make Bread Pudding. This recipe is very easy to make. Lets get started!Ingredients :
- 120 gr old bread / 7 slice (cut into small diced)
- 240 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 gr brown sugar
- 50 gr granulated white sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 75 gr semisweet chocolate (chop into small pieces)
- 75 gr raisins (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
How To Make :
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon powder, and salt. Beat until well mixed.
- Pour bread in the wet mixture, then add semisweet chocolate and raisins. Stir well until bread is covered and soaking up the wet mixture.
- Put the mixture in a 15 cm diameter round pan and bake for 30-45 minutes with medium heat (175 degrees C). Do not forget to coat a baking pan with aluminium foil or parchment paper, or you can use remekin.
